ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent police to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and threat at the hands of the third respondent.

2. The petitioner is the daughter of the third respondent. She is aged about 18 years. She had fell in love with one Sathish and got married against the will of the third respondent. Therefore, she apprehends threat at the hands of the third respondent, who is none other than the father of the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the second respondent and it is pending.

3. In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner and her husband at the hands of the third respondent.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
