[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by petitioner seeking a direction to respondents herein to produce petitioner's wife namely Gowsalya, 20 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

The alleged detenue has appeared before this Court. She informed of being so present upon information that the present petition has been filed towards her production. She has stated that she has left the company of petitioner on her own accord and presently is not willing to resume the matrimonial tie. This Court would not record anything further merely towards not affecting the interest of either party.
