ORDER

This petition is filed direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gudalur, in C.C. No.155/1997 to pass orders on the petition dated 04.01.2021 which was returned in C.C. No.155 of 1997 on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Gudalur.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Gudalur, has passed an order without the presence of the petitioner. He further submitted that the Judicial Magistrate, Gudalur may be directed to pass orders on the same day when the petitioner is present.

3. In such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Judicial Magistrate, Gudalur, after the Covid restrictions are lifted and the Court starts functioning. On such a petition being filed by the petitioner, the Judicial Magistrate, Gudalur, shall pass orders on merits on the same day.
