Today, when the matter was called, there is no representation for the petitioner.
2. From the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, it appears that the petitioner was not permitted to take up the examination in view of shortage of attendance. Though the petitioner had participated some sport activities on those days, the said days were not treated as "On Duty". Hence, the present writ petition is filed.
3. On 03.04.2019, this Court passed an interim order permitted the petitioner to write the III year BBA Final Semester examination. Pursuant to the interim order, the petitioner has taken up the III year BBA Final Semester examination.
4. Hence, the writ petition prayer has already been complied. As such, this Court finds nothing survives in this writ petition and the same is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
