Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the District Crime Branch, Kallakurichi, at 10.30 a.m, for a period of one week and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.
