O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent police to investigate the complaint and further take action against the accused persons and give protection to the petitioner and his family based on the complaint dated 01.02.2025 and subsequent complaints.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the available materials on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to conduct proper enquiry into the complaint lodged by the petitioner and also consider the complaint dated 01.02.2025 lodged by the petitioner, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any, and dispose of the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
