[Order of the court was made by Justice M.M.SUNDRESH] Seeking production of the detenue, aged about 19 years, the mother of the detenu has filed the present habeas corpus petition.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor submitted that pursuant to the complaint, section of law has been altered to section 302 of I.P.C. as the detenue found murdered.
