ORDER

The petitioner seeks for survey and sub-division of the property more fully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this Writ Petition.

2. The petitioner had submitted online applications on 08.04.2025 and 07.10.2025 with the respondents for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

3. Mr.S.Arumugam, the learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's applications are considered on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing all the necessary parties within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's applications.

6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 1st respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's applications dated 08.04.2025 and 07.10.2025, seeking for survey and subdivision of the property more fully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this Writ Petition, after due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing all the necessary parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
