The present Application has been filed to condone the delay of 58 days in representation of the written statement in the above C.S.No.77 of 2024.

2. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and having satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the application in A.No.1595 of 2025 in C.S.No.77 of 2024 is ordered as prayed for and the delay is condoned.

3. As a corollary, Registry is directed to list the application to condone the delay in filing the written statement, if it is otherwise in order.
