2. Heard both sides.
3. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation dated 25.11.2017 seeking rectification of the error that had crept in mentioning the survey number as S.No.126/1 instead of showing as S.No.126/2 in the encumbrance certificate on merits and as per law within a time to be stipulated by this Court.
4. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court, is that the said representation has not been considered so far. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the 3rd respondent to consider and decide the same. Thus, this writ petition is disposed of, only with a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.11.2017 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the rival claimants, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the 3rd respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
