By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the time of admission itself.

2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the fourth respondent filed a civil suit in O.S.No.18 of 2018 before the District Munsif Court, Udumalpet, against the petitioner herein, for permanent injunction not to evict them except under due process of law and the same is pending. However, the respondent police are often interfering with the owner - tenant dispute between the parties. Hence, the petitioner has come up with this writ petition, seeking a mandamus, forbearing the respondents 1 to 3 from interfering with the dispute between the parties.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that there is an owner-tenant dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent and on enquiry, it came to be closed, directing the parties to approach the Civil Court for appropriate relief. 4.In view of the submission so made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Court is of the opinion that no further order is required in this writ petition. Recording the same, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
