ORDER
This petition has been filed for direction directing the second respondent, not to harassing the petitioner on the guise of enquiry, based on the complaint given by Venkatakrishnan on the capacity of tenant under her.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 22.02.2025.
4. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. It is made clear that, since the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and harass him.
