ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to transfer the investigation in Crime No.546 of 2019 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Krishnagiri Town Police Station, Krishnagiri District or some other police agency.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents would submit that the investigation in Crime.No.546 of 2019 has been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Krishnagiri on 15.07.2020 but it has not been taken on file.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. Now, the investigation has been completed and the Charge Sheet has been filed. The question of transfer of investigation will not arise, however, a direction is issued to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Krishnagiri, to take the final report on file and if the petitioner is aggrieved against the final report, she is entitled to challenge the same in accordance with law.

5. This Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with the above directions and observations.
