When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Writ Petition, with liberty to approach the Labour Court, Coimbatore by filing an execution petition. An endorsement to that effect has also been made in the court bundle.

2. Recording the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty to the petitioner to file an execution petition before the Labour Court, Coimbatore.
