This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the Memo No.1534/OTD-B3/2013 dated 07.08.2014 passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to give appointment to the petitioner for the post of Assistant Public Prosecutor Grade-II in the Tamil Nadu General Service 2011-2012 after counting the marks secured in the second valuation by considering his representation dated 26.03.2015. For Petitioner : Mr.N.Manokaran For Respondents : Mr.J.Ramesh for R1 Additional Government Pleader Ms.C.N.G.Niraimathi for R2 The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and he has submitted a letter dated 02.12.2019 to the Registry and also made an endorsement to that effect.
