(Made by S. Vaidyanathan,J.) When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent that the order of this Court dated 23.01.2018 passed in W.P. No. 16579 of 2016 has been complied with.

A compliance affidavit has also been filed stating that a sum of Rs.25,63,243/- has been remitted to the savings bank account of the petitioner towards interest payable as per the orders of this Court and a communication in this regard has also been addressed to the petitioner. 3.
