Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify on of the condition imposed Para 3(c) in Crl.O.P.No.8554/2022 before the Hon`ble Court in which he was enlarged on bail on the condition that he shall appear before the respondent police twice daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m until further order on 13.04.2022 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. P.JAYACHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 3(c) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.8554 of 2022 dated 13.04.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that though the petitioner has granted bail in another case on condition to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Hosur, it is difficult for him to report before the respondent police twice daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., as directed by this Court, dated 13.04.2022. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Considering the said difficulty expressed by the petitioner, the bail condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8554 of 2022 dated 13.04.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2 at Hosur daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
