This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner without due process of law.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl. side) would submit that no case is pending against the petitioner as of now on the file of the second respondent and the second respondent is not harassing the petitioner.
