This case is taken up for settlement before the National Lok Adalat. Mr.A.Rajavel, learned counsel for the Appellant is present before this Court.

TERMS OF SETTLEMENT Learned counsel for the revision petitioner is present. 2.It is stated by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner that the parties have already compromised the matter before the Legal Services Authority, Coimbatore and the terms of settlement has already been entered into Crl.R.C.No.780 of 2023. He also produced the copy of the settlement dated 02.12.2023.

3.In view of the same, nothing survives for consideration. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed, if any. Counsel for the petitioner This Lok Adalat award is passed in terms of the above settlement.

The full Court fees paid shall be refunded to the parties in the manner provided under Court Fees Act, 1870 as provided for under sub Sec.1 of Section 21 r/w 25 of LSA Act 1987 as amended in 1994. Judge Member Member
