The petitioners are working as Part Time Sweepers in Government Higher Secondary School, S.V.Nagar, Thiruvannamalai District.

2. The grievance of the petitioners is that they are not given the scale of pay in terms of G.O.Ms.No.385 dated 01.10.2010, G.O.Ms.No.653 dated 07.08.2009 and also the order of this Court in Rev.Appln.No.281 of 2014 in W.P.No.13162 of 2013 dated 08.12.2014.

3. In this regard, the petitioners have made a joint representation dated 12.02.2015 to regularise their service and to pay the scale of pay as per the aforesaid Government Orders and the judgment referred to above.

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners would be satisfied, if a direction is issued to respondents to dispose of their joint representation, dated 12.02.2015 within a stipulated period.

5. In view of the narrow prayer now made, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the joint representation of the petitioners, dated 12.02.2015 on merits and in accordance with law and more particularly, in the light of G.O.Ms.No.385 dated 01.10.2010, G.O.Ms.No.653 dated 07.08.2009 and the order of this Court in Rev.Appln.No.281 of 2014 in W.P.No.13162 of 2013 dated 08.12.2014, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
