Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus forbearing the 1st respondent of impugned order No.5258/DTD/D2/2015, dated

11.12.2015 and the reference No.Na.Ka.A-7/3708/2016, dated 29.05.2016 of the 6th respondent directing the petitioner to appear in the Departmental Test (field surveyor Paper-1) test which is to be held on 23.12.2017 conducted by the TNPSC considering the petitioner's representations dated 18.12.2017.
