PRAYER: Habeas Corpus petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to direct the first respondent herein to produce the body of the detenue of the petitioner's female child by name Srimathi aged about 17 years from the illegal custody of the 2nd and 3rd respondents before this Court and set her at liberty at once.

O R D E R

(Order of the Court was delivered by N.KIRUBAKARAN, J) This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent herein to produce the detenue viz., Srimathi, daughter of the petitioner aged about 17 years from the illegal custody of the 2nd and 3rd respondents before this Court.

2.When the matter is called today, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's daughter viz., Srimathi, the detenue has got married to the second respondent 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and they are living peacefully. The said fact is also confirmed by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side). In view of the same, no further order is necessary.
