CRIME NO.1814 OF 2021.

Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition wherein that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation in Crl.O.P.No.4002/2022 dated 03.03.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.GURUPRASAD, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.4002 of 2022 dated 03.03.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation has not yet completed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the Investigating Officer is modified to the effect that the petitioner should report before the Investigating Officer once in a week i.e., on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. -sd/- 29/04/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
