ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the first respondent herein to forward the representation given by the Petitioner's daughter Charulatha D/o. Mathiazhagan aged 15 years on 24.01.2025 to the second respondent herein and to dispose the representation within the stipulated time prescribed by this Honourble Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. A perusal of the complaint revealed that there are serious allegations as against the accused. Even then, the respondents did not take any action on the complaint lodged by the petitioner.

4. In view of the above, the first respondent is directed to forward the complaint lodged by the petitioner to the file of the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Mettur, Salem. On receipt of the same, the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Mettur, Salem is directed to register the FIR and proceed with the investigation as

against the accused.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
