This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 77 days in preferring the above criminal appeal against the Order dated 19.10.2024 passed in S.T.C.No.2555 of 2023, by the learned XXV Metropolitan Magistrate at Egmore, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 77 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
