The petitioner is working as Part Time Sweeper in the Government High School, North Thamaraikulam, Kanayakumari District.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that she is not given the scale of pay in terms of G.O.Ms.No.385 dated 01.10.2010, G.O.Ms.No.653 dated 07.08.2009 and also the order of this Court in Rev.Appln.No.281 of 2014 in W.P.No.13162 of 2013 dated 08.12.2014.

3. In this regard, the petitioner has made a representation dated 12.02.2015 to regularise her service and to pay the scale of pay as per the aforesaid Government Orders and the judgment referred to above.

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied, if a direction is issued to respondents to dispose of the representation, dated 12.02.2015 within a stipulated period.

5. In view of the narrow prayer now made, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 12.02.2015 on merits and in accordance with law and more particularly in the light of G.O.Ms.No.385 dated 01.10.2010, G.O.Ms.No.653 dated 07.08.2009 and the order of this Court in Rev.Appln.No.281 of 2014 in W.P.No.13162 of 2013 dated 08.12.2014., within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
