(CR.NO.59 OF 2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 18.12.2020 made in Crl.O.P.No.20249 of 2020 that the petitioner on his release from prison shall report before the Learned V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore every day at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.VINOTH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.L.BASKARAN,Govt. Advocate(Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.20249 of 2020 dated 18.12.2020.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly.
