This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to file charge sheet in FIR No.2571 of 2017 on the file of the 2nd respondent police.

2.Taking into consideration, the nature of the allegations in the FIR, this Court cannot issue any direction to the respondents police to complete the investigation in a time bound manner.
