This petition has been filed seeking to substitute the legal representatives of the writ petitioner, V. Radhakrishnan as a further petitioner to prosecute the writ petition.

2.It is stated that the writ petition has been filed with respect to pension of V. Radhakrishnan and therefore, the cause still subsists and the petitioner herein has a vested right to prosecute the writ petition. In view of the same, this petition is allowed.

3.The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment in the cause title to the writ petitioner in W.P.No.32280 of 2017 as stated in this petition. 4.The petitioner herein has to go over to identify herself before the respondents.

smv 5.Call the matter on 21.08.2023, to give the date on which the petitioner at Chennai, who is suffering from hip fracture and is therefore unable to move, can go to the Treasury, Pollachi.

6.The respondents may also find out whether any Treasury Officer at Chennai can identify the petitioner herein and if so furnish the name and designation of the officer to this Court.
