It is stated that H.M.O.P.No.34 of 2017, pending on the file of Subordinate Court, Arakkonam, which was sought to be transferred to III Additional Family Court, Chennai is disposed of on 22.12.2017. Hence, Nothing survives in the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition. It is open to the petitioner to file a fresh transfer petition, if required as and when the O.P. is restored to file.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
