(CRIME NO.790/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extent the time by two weeks for executing sureties and complying the conditons imposed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.O.P No.1164/2022 dated 20.01.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.SURESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to extend the time by two weeks for executing the sureties and complying the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1164 of 2022, dated 20.01.2022.

2. This Court on 20.01.2022, while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners imposed a condition that the petitioners should deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the Registered Advocate Clerks Association, Alandhur and also execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Alandhur, within a period of fifteen days.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the above stated conditions are not complied by the petitioners.

4. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners states that he has deposited Rs.10,000/- as per the order passed by this Court. But, he could not execute the sureties within the time prescribed and hence, seek to extension of time.

5. Considering the reasons stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners, for executing sureties time is extended till 16.05.2022, with a condition that no further extension of time will be granted failing which, the bail granted will be automatically cancelled without any reference to this Court.
