ORDER

Writ petition is filed seeking direction to issue non traceable certificate in respect of a title deed alleging to have been lost by the petitioner. The date of the said complaint is 30.05.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the guidelines formulated by Commissioner of Police been scrupulously followed in this case. Despite that the police has not taken any steps to trace the document or to give a certificate that it is not traceable.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that the representation of the petitioner will be considered and after due compliance of the guidelines, necessary action will be taken.

4. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of to pass order on the complaint dated 30.05.2022, on completing the investigation as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from 2/4

the date of receipt of a copy of this order and to inform the outcome of the investigation to the petitioner herein. No costs. Vv 05.04.2024 To
