CRIME NO.78 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition of petitioner appearing before the Respondent every English Calendar month 1st woking day at 10.30 a.m., and the condition thereafter to appear before the concerned court on each and every hearing dates at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Hon`ble Court in the order dated 13.07.2021 in Crl.M.P No.6849/2021 in Crl.O.P.No.4221/2021 and pass such further or other orders that this Hon`ble Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. BALAJI THIRUMOORTHY, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate (Crl.
Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6849 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.4221 of 2021 on 13.07.2021 to report before the respondent every English Calendar month 1st working day at 10.30 a.m and thereafter the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court on each and every hearing dates at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.
3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
