ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking to direct the 1st respondent to dispose off the appeal dated 09.09.2022 within the time limit fixed by this Court.
2. It is the case of the writ petitioner that the petitioner's land has been 1/4
acquired by the second respondent for a meagre amount, hence, appeal has been filed before the first respondent, which is pending without direction. Hence, seeks direction.
3. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 09.09.2022 by passing appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
