This contempt petition has been filed praying to punish the respondents for the wilful disobedience of the orders of this Court made in W.M.P.No.4115 of 2020 in W.P.No.3517 of 2020 dated 14.02.2020.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that based on the interim order passed by this Court, proceedings were issued on 17.08.2022 and pursuant to the same, the petitioner is also working as a seasonal employee.

3. Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the order has not been complied with in full and the back wages have not been paid to the petitioner.

4. In the considered view of this Court, the writ petition was 2/4

filed in the year 2020 and hence, it will be appropriate to take up the main writ petition itself for final hearing.

Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed. Post the main writ petition on 09.02.2023.
