This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 10.07.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted on instructions that the complaint dated 10.07.2015 in CSR No.228 of 2015 lodged by the petitioner was enquired into and the same has been closed on 01.08.2015. 4. With the above direction, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
