Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the impugned notice of the third respondent dated 14.05.2014 in Pa.Ve.B1/01/2014 issued to the petitioner and consequential proceedings of the second respondent dated 19.05.2014 in Pa.Ve.B1/01/2014 affixed on the petition property, being ground and premises, the land measuring an extent of 2510 sq.ft., situated at Ward-D, Block-12, comprised in T.S.No.58, Door No.141, Kamarajar Road (S.K.Road), Ambur Town and Taluk, Vellore District and quash the same as arbitrary, unconstitutional and illegal. Heard Mr.R.Munusamy, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.M.L.Mahendran, learned Government Advocate and perused the materials placed on record.

2. Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking quash of notice issued by the third respondent dated 14.05.2014 in Pa.Ve.B1/01/2014 and the consequential proceedings of the second respondent dated 19.05.2014 in Pa.Ve.B1/01/2014.

3. The order impugned in this writ petition is a notice dated 14.05.2014 issued by the third respondent, by which the petitioner was directed to appear before the authority on 16.05.2014 and hand over the keys of the premises. It is seen that this Writ Petition is pending since May 2014 and has been adjourned twice. The Writ Petition has not been entertained till date and no notice has been issued to the respondents. The petitioner has challenged the notice issued by the third respondent stating that it suffers from lack of jurisdiction. However, it is not known as to what further proceedings occurred after the impugned notice, more so, when the writ petition is pending before this Court without any interim order and without even issuing notice to the respondents.
