2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. A copy of the Closure Report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner, across the bar.
