[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J] Petitioner is the mother of the detenu, Panneerselvam S/o.Yacob, who has been branded as "Goonda" under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and detained under orders of second respondent passed in No.205/BCDFGISSSV/2018 dated 09.04.2018. Such order is under challenge herein.
2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, would submit that the detention order passed against the son of the petitioner in No.205/BCDFGISSSV/2018 dated 09.04.2018 on the file of the second respondent is revoked vide G.O.Rt.No.2156, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIII) Department, dated 01.06.2018 and produced a copy of the said order.
