CMP Nos.8579, 8580 and 8581 of 2021 have been filed by the petitioners i)to condone the delay of 661 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of sole appellant S.Jayaraman; ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of sole appellant and iii) to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant as respondents 2 to 4 in the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2. Heard Mr.K. Myilsamy, learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection for allowing these petitions.

4. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and this Court being satisfied with the same, these CMPs are allowed as prayed for.

5. The learned counsel for the appellants is directed to serve copies of papers on the respecive counsels for the respondents, forthwith.
