The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to complete investigation and file the final report in Crime No.305 of 2019 on the file of Sub Inspector of Police, Manimangalam Police Station, Kancheepuram District.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that investigation in Crime No.305 of 2019 for the offence under
Sections 354A and 506(i) of IPC, has been completed and the final report is made ready. He would submit that the final report will be filed before the jurisdictional Court within a period of three months.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl. side), direction is issued to the second respondent police to file the final report in Crime No.305 of 2019 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
