CRIME NO. 400 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition (d) The petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl. OP.No. 16623 of 2021 and pass such other order or orders may deem fit and thus render justice.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.SUBRAMANIYAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.16623 of 2021 dated 13.09.2021.

3. Taking note of the fact that the condition to report before the Investigating Officer on daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders not complied.
The petition for relaxation of the anticipatory bail condition is dismissed.
