O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 15.07.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. On a reading of the complaint, it appears that the petitioner is the Power of Attorney holder in respect of the property which he states that is not owned by his Principal. The allegation appears to be civil in nature.

4. In view of the nature of the allegations, no positive direction can be issued for registering a case and therefore, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy, in the manner known to law.
