W.P.No.9036 of 2020 M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J., and A.A.NAKKIRAN, J., [Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.,] This Court while disposing of the Writ Petition on 31.08.2020, required the National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai Bench, to give a disposal to the original application No.MA/868/2019 in No.CP/567/1B, in the light of the discussion made by us in the speaking order, within a stipulated time and seeking extension of time, the Deputy Registrar, National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai Bench, has sent a communication dated 10.02.2021 to the Registrar (General) of this Court. Therefore, this Court directed the Registry to list the matter before this Court and accordingly, the matter is listed.

3. This Court heard the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also perused the letter.

4. In the light of the request made, the National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai Bench, is granted further time of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order / uploading of the order in the Website to comply with the earlier order dated 31.08.2020 in W.P.No.9036 of 2020.
