O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to complete the investigation and file charge sheet in Crime No.1597 of 2013.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation in Crime No.1597 of 2013 under Section 174 Cr.P.C has been completed and Final Report has been filed before the Tahsildar, Madhavaram on 19.12.2014.

4. The Tahsildar, Madhavaram is directed to forward the papers to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruvotriyur, immediately. The respondent police is directed to serve a copy of the report to the petitioner and liberty is given to the petitioner to file protest application before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruvotriyur, who shall deal with the same, in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Vinay Tyagi Vs Irshad Ali reported in 2013 [5] SCC 762.
