This petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 14.08.2020 made in CMA.No.153 of 2012 and restore the CMA.No.153 of 2012 on the file of this Court.

2. Heard Mr. K.Varadhakamaraj, learned counsel appearing for the appellant and Mr.S.S.Santhosakumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

2. The reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition having been perused is accepted. Hence, this petition is ordered. As a sequel, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal in CMA.No.153 of 2012 is restored.
