This criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.262 of 2025 pending on the file of the St.Thomas Mount Police Station, Chennai District and quash the same. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent Police submitted that the first respondent Police on completion of investigation in Crime No.262 of 2025, filed charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Alandur, on 18.02.2026 and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.126 of 2026.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudicating the petition and the same is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
