Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extent the time to comply the comply the condition imposed in Para No.5(b) the petitioner shall execute two Sureties for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Vellore, within 15 days from the date of lifting of the lockdown and commencement of the Courts normal functioning whichever is earlier, failing which the bail granted by this Court shall stand dismissed automatically of the order dated 10.07.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.10423/2020 in Cr.No.1128/2020 pending investigation on the file of the respondent police.
