C.R.P.(PD) No.873 of 2014 & M.P.No.1 of 2014 M.DURAISWAMY,J At the instance of Mr.T.P.Manoharan, learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent, the matter has been listed under the caption for "Being Mentioned".

2. Mr.T.P.Manoharan, learned counsel submitted that in spite of the fact that he has filed vakalat for the 1st respondent on 14.02.2015, his name has not been printed in the caused list when the Civil Revision Petition was disposed of on 20.04.2015. However, this court dismissed the Civil Revision Petition on 20.04.2015.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has no objection for incorporating the first respondent's counsel name in the order dated 20.04.2015.

3. In these circumstances, the Registry is directed to mark the appearance of the first respondent's counsel name viz., Mr.T.P.Manoharan in the order dated 20.04.2015. In all other aspects, the order of the court dated 20.04.2015 remain unaltered.

4. The Registry is directed to issue fresh copy of the order to the learned counsel on either side and also communicate the order to the III Additional District Judge, Pondicherry.
