This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed by the Court below while granting bail to the petitioner, by directing the petitioner to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m.

for one month and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2. The learned Government Advocate on instructions submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by the Court below.

3. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by the Court below in Crl.M.P.No.18010 of 2018 on 29.10.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to sign before the X Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Allikulam, Egmore, Chennai on the 1st working day of every Month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
